Cancellation Policy
Scheduling Your Vision Consultation is reserved exclusively for you. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible so we can offer your appointment to another client. Each consultation is intentionally limited to ensure every client receives dedicated planning time and personalized recommendations. What to Expect Your consultation is a collaborative planning session designed to understand your vision, event goals, and guest experience. During our meeting, we'll discuss creative direction, package recommendations, event logistics, and answer any questions you may have. Before We Meet To make the most of our time together, you may receive a short Vision Questionnaire prior to your appointment. Completing it helps us prepare thoughtful recommendations tailored specifically to your event. After Your Consultation Within 48 hours, you'll receive a customized proposal outlining recommended services, pricing, and next steps. Your event date is not reserved until a signed agreement and required retainer have been received. Need to Reschedule? Life happens. If your plans change, simply let us know.
