This Privacy Policy explains how WAZURI Brands, LLC ("WAZURI Brands," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit wazuribrands.com or use the services offered through it. This includes the Wazuri Circle early-access list, GlamHaus Booths, Wazuri Design Studio, and our other programs, products, and events.

Information We Collect

Information you give us. We collect what you choose to submit, including:

Wazuri Circle early access: your first name, email address, and whether you opted in to email updates.
Inquiries and applications: information you enter in our forms, such as your name, email address, phone number, and details about your event, project, or request. This includes GlamHaus quote and event inquiries, Design Studio requests, partnership applications, and contact forms.
Bookings, purchases, plans, and events: your name, contact details, billing and shipping information, and the details of what you book, buy, or register for.
Member accounts: if you create an optional account, your login email and any profile details you add.
Messages: what you send us by email, chat, or site messaging.

Information collected automatically. When you use the site, our website platform automatically collects technical information. This includes your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and how you arrived at the site. It is collected through cookies and similar technologies (see "Cookies and Analytics").

Payment information. Payments are handled by third-party payment processors. We do not receive or store your full card number.

How We Use Information

We use personal information to:

Add you to the Wazuri Circle list and let you know about launches, experiences, and opportunities. If you opt in, this includes marketing emails.
Respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, and schedule consultations, bookings, and events.
Process orders, payments, plan purchases, and event registrations.
Create and manage optional member accounts.
Operate, secure, maintain, and improve the website.
Meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations, and protect our rights.

AI-assisted replies. Our GlamHaus Service Inquiry and Event Inquiry forms use an AI assistant provided through our website platform. It reviews your submission and helps prepare a reply about availability, booking, and pricing. Information from other forms, including the Wazuri Circle signup, is not sent to this assistant. Our website chat is also answered by an AI assistant, with our team able to review and join conversations. Please do not share sensitive information in chat.

How We Share Information

We do not sell customer or subscriber personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising. We do not currently use third-party advertising or tracking tags on this site. We disclose personal information only as described below.

Website platform. Our website is hosted by Wix.com, which stores and processes site data on our behalf. That includes form submissions, contacts, bookings, orders, member accounts, site chat, email delivery, and the AI assistants described above.
Payment processors. Online payments are processed through Wix Payments and the payment options it supports: credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Afterpay, and Klarna. Cash App Pay and point-of-sale payments are processed by Square. These providers handle your payment details under their own privacy policies.
Other service providers. We may use other vendors who help us run our business, such as accounting or delivery services. They may use your information only to provide those services to us.
Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of WAZURI Brands, our customers, or others.
Business transfers. If our business is reorganized, merged, or sold, personal information may transfer as part of that transaction.
With your permission. We share information in other ways when you ask us to or agree to it.

Cookies and Analytics

Our website platform uses cookies and similar technologies. They keep the site working, remember your choices (such as your cart or login), help prevent fraud, and give us basic, aggregated statistics about site visits.

We do not currently use third-party advertising or analytics tags on this site, such as Google Analytics, Meta (Facebook) Pixel, or TikTok Pixel. If we add them, we will update this policy.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site, such as checkout or member login, may not work properly without them.

Email Updates and Your Choices

Joining the Wazuri Circle does not require you to receive marketing emails. We send Wazuri Circle updates by email only if you check the optional opt-in box. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email, or by writing to support@wazuribrands.com.

Even if you unsubscribe, we may still send messages about your bookings, orders, inquiries, or account.

Creating a member account is optional and is not required to join the Wazuri Circle.

Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy, or as the law requires (for example, tax and accounting records). When information is no longer needed, we delete it or keep it in a form that no longer identifies you.

Security

We use the security protections of our website and payment platforms, and we limit access to personal information to people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children's Privacy

This website is intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from anyone under 18. If a program or event is open to participants under 18, a parent or legal guardian must register them and provide any required information, and we use it only to run that program or event. If you believe a minor has given us information without a parent's or guardian's involvement, contact us and we will delete it.

Your Rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending marketing emails. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state or other privacy laws. To make a request, email support@wazuribrands.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date.
